Increase in Tuition Fee and Maintenance Loan Caps for 2025/26

For the 2025/26 academic year, the UK government has announced a 3.1% increase in the maximum tuition fee loan, raising it to £9,535 for most undergraduate courses in England. Additionally, maintenance loans will see a corresponding rise, providing up to £414 extra annually for students from the lowest-income families. Introduction of Lifelong Learning Entitlement (LLE) from 2025

Starting in 2025, the UK government will launch the Lifelong Learning Entitlement (LLE), allowing individuals to access loans equivalent to four years of post-18 education (£37,000 in today’s tuition fees).
